Deadwood is a short 15 minutes away with its casino's, great restaurants, and many local events like Kool Deadwood Nights car show and there is taxi service to/from Deadwood to the location of The Tree House. Terry Peak is only 10 minutes away with the best skiing/snowboarding options in the area as well. Some of the main Black Hills attractions like Sylvan Lake, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Keystone, and Needles Highway are all within an hour's drive down the beautiful 385 highway. It's a perfect location to enjoy the best things the Black Hills has to offer. The best part of the Tree House is coming home to your very own private escape after enjoying your days in the beautiful surroundings. The 3-level cabin offers a lot of room to spread out with the main living/dining/kitchen area open and great for entertaining with a walk out to the large deck area. The Kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, 86" x 50" island with 4 cushioned stools, 10 cup Bunn coffee maker, mixer, blender, electric skillet, toaster and crock pot among other cooking items. The main living room has a 108" custom hand-made ponderosa pine table with 8 cushioned stools. A gas fireplace frames the living area with a 50" TV with Dish with a vaulted ceiling spanning 2 levels into the loft. The main level deck is right off the living area that includes a 3 burner Weber grill connected to natural gas on the property, and also includes multiple chairs and a propane fire table. There's also a 1/2 bathroom off the kitchen and the master bedroom is on the main level with its own private bathroom. The upper level includes a loft great for kits, and 2 more bedrooms. The lower level includes a living room and TV framed by a custom-made fireplace along with a queen sized sofa sleeper, 2 electric recliners, swivel rocker chair. There's also a walk out patio from the lower-level living area that includes a great patio for viewing wildlife and a 7 person hot tub under the stars! Finally, the 3-car heated garage has a smaller fridge as well as an epoxy floor making it great for parking your ATVs and vehicles and enjoying the space with the driveway for your trailers.
