Detached house with lots of charm. Between land and sea, in the Normandy countryside, come and discover a relaxing environment.

The accommodation includes:

● A large garden space
● A parking lot where you can park several cars
● A large fenced and secure courtyard for children and animals opening onto a terrace under a patio with a table for meals
● BBQ
● Games for children
● Sunbathing
It is a very quiet environment, ideal for lovers of the countryside and tranquility.

On the ground floor
● 1 equipped kitchen with television and table that can accommodate 8 people
● 1 living room of 60 m² with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a second television
● 1 library with a wood stove (wood provided) and armchairs for reading quietly by the fire
● 1 bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine

Upstairs: all bedrooms are located on the first floor, accessible by a staircase.
● 2 bedrooms with double beds for 2 people in each (140×190)
● 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140×190) and 1 single bed for a child for example.
● 1 bathroom with bathtub, double sink and WC.

Possibility of reserving a second gîte for 7 other people 150m from this one.

Several activities can be done around the gîte, with family or friends:

We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful cottage. We had enough room for everyone and had everything we needed. We loved the environment, truly beautiful and quiet. We did a lot of excursions, to the landing beaches, museums, and the beautiful beaches in the west. There is still so much left to see and to do, so we're coming back :)Thank you for your warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent stay again , and Valerie and Guy were on hand if there were any problems . Guy leaving his own brand of home brew which was great .The super Market was just fifteen minutes away and the area is very quiet .Very easy to get to local beaches and D.DAY memorials .Went for a few walks in the evening and visited a few sights .On the whole a very relaxing stay again .

C'était parfait! j'avais réservé pour célébrer Noël en famille, nous étions11 à table. Cela n'a posé aucun problème pour Valérie et Guy. Au contraire, nos hôtes nous ont rajouté une table supplémentaire et Valérie nous a même fait une décoration de Noël. Quand nous sommes arrivés, Guy nous avez fait un feu de bois et celui-ci était à notre disposition. Le gîte est propre et spacieux, rien ne manque! Nous avons même eu du pommeau qui était délicieux et du calva.Merci

Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig (Platz für 6...7 Personen), sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Vermieter: nett, hilfsbereit, wohnen in der Nähe Mit dem Auto erreicht man die Landungsstrände im Osten sowie die Küste im Westen der Cotentin-Halbinsel in ca. 30min

True French Countryside

This property is really lovely. Guy and Valerie have made many updates to modernize and provide a great guest experience while maintaining the authenticity of the property! It is very well-appointed with everything you need during your stay. The property and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! They are both very responsive and kind. Guy's little "treat" of homemade whiskey is a fun touch, too. The home is located a bit off the beaten path, but groceries and restaurants are only a 10-15 minute drive. Just be sure to pay attention to closing times and availability. We had a wonderful experience here!

Wonderful experience

Large and roomy old farm house with modern updates. Had everything we needed and more! Valerie and Guy were excellent hosts-they even had a roaring fire going when we arrived! Historic and peaceful location which was a nice change from Paris! We enjoyed coffee on the back patio, listening to the countryside come awake while watching the sun rise. Would highly recommend!

Agréable séjour d'automne

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à la Toussaint. Dans le calme de la campagne, UTAH Beach à 20mn, la maison est bien située et chaleureuse. Nous avons bien apprécié le poêle avec le bois fournis. Les propriétaires sont attentifs et prévenants. Idéal pour vacances en famille ou entre amis.
