Essential amenities were on the doorstep but there were a number of houses and business premises ‘for sale’ indicative of a declining community. This said, it was a good holiday with friendly locals and a good base for exploring the Orne/La Perche region."

"4 of us stayed in Les Chenes gite, which is a 2 bed cottage with its own huge area of garden, outside pergola, and a gentle stream bubbling nearby. "I lived my dream of a house in the country for 12 glorious nights in this beautiful old property. I loved the garden and the variety of birds and wildlife. A get away from it all very peacful and relaxing location. My teenagers loved Lac de Rabodanges which was a short drive away for swimming in the lake. We had a lovely holiday, thank you. "
