The accommodations are located in a quiet environment, next to the church and close to all shops on foot (Intermarché, the post office, bakery less than 1km from the accommodation).

The accommodation consists of a living room with open fitted kitchen, wifi, television, and a dining area.
Two bedrooms:
- A first bedroom with a 140x200 bed with storage space and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
- Another bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom (shower).
- There is a BZ sofa bed in the living room allowing 2 additional beds (140x200).
The bedrooms have roller shutters
- 1 separate toilet.

There is also a small private exterior on the floor accommodation with outdoor furniture to eat on sunny days.

The accommodation has a shared common area with only one accommodation where you can leave your bikes. It is also possible to put them in the private inner courtyard.

The accommodations are on the first floor. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility because there are a few steps to get there.

The apartment is ideally located:
- 20km from Nantes (by the highway loop or by the BAC which is 500 meters from the accommodation).
- 12 km from Planète Sauvage, 23km from Legendia Parc. In addition, the accommodations are located on the Loire à vélo route.
- 30km from the first beaches (Pornic, Bernerie-en-retz, moutiers-en-retz...).
- 12km from the Martinière canal.
- 15 minutes from the airport.

There is also a playground 300m from the accommodation.
