"One of the most peaceful and quietest hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly staff from reception to the waiting staff. All professional and extremely courteous. Breakfast was that expected at a top restaurant ! We will return to this hotel for sure. "

"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, excellent room with great view. Perfect for travellers without transport as a short walk albeit downhill to local bus routes to get around the island. Nice walk along the beach to St Helier and St Aubyn. Easy journey from and to the airport either by taxi or local bus. Peaceful hotel and location but arrived at the beginning of the season. "The views are excellent and our room an executive double was good but very tired and in need of decoration.. Majority of staff were helpful but service was generally slow. Drinks at the bar were very expensive and bar staff less than helpful. Breakfast was adequate but service although polite and engaging was very slow. The fridge in the room was regularly stocked with water and fresh milk which was lovely in our morning tea."

"Staff amazing food first class and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Ideally located just East of St Helier. Plenty of parking. Large room extremely well looked after. The only down side is limited tv channels but that's nothing really. Very happy."

"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."

The food was of a very high standard and the presentation was so inviting. We had dinner in the hotel on a couple of nights and were delighted by the selection and quality. The pool was very inviting but we just too busy to be able to take advantage of this facility. We will definitely return!!"

"Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "
