"Very small room but clean with a newly remodeled bathroom. Window air-conditioner seemed adequate but it wasnt a super hot day. Mattress was very comfortable. Nice little courtyard but unfortunately they allow smoking in it. Parking was behind the building, where you couldnt see your car, but we didnt have any problems. "

"Breakfast across the street is wonderful, but it is a $5 voucher towards it, so breakfast isn’t really included. Main Street of old town right there for shopping and food - great location. Not far to hikes or Jerome. "

"The hotel was ok. I found the breakfast to be bland not very good. Yogurt was out for two days, only two types of fruit apples and green bananas. Eggs were dry, chewy and flavorless. Egg sandwiches were flavorless. Only one waffle maker so there was always a line for the waffles. The pool is smaller than what it looks like in the photos. Pool towel bin was empty on two occasions that we were there. We had to go ask for towels. Coffee supplies in the room were never replenished. Even after asking...

"There is a small kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. It is older property but clean. The kids liked that they had swings. Good property for the price"

"The staff was great. Handled an issue we had with our original room without issue. Room and beds were comfortable and we had a kitchenette which was nice. Shower had fantastic water pressure. Our floor was dirty so keep your socks or shoes on."

"Shower was dirty full of hair. the mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner were used as they were almost empty. Towels were also dirty"

"The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great"

"Amazing place!!! Extremely clean rooms and property. Hosts could not have been more friendly. Avoid the high prices of Sedona and stay at this property a quick 20 minutes outside of Sedona. Perfect spot if what you need is a place to sleep at night. Would definitely come back without hesitation. "

"The view from our rented cabin was excellent. Morning sunrises were stunning. We used the clubhouse amenities including mini golf and ping pong. Trails were great, everything from easy to a little vertical challenge. Staff was amazing helpful. A true hidden gem. Nearly winery was top notch. Highly recommend. "
