Guest access
You'll be able to access all aspects of this 2-bedroom apartment minus a supply closet that will be locked.

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if the guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the extra guests will be added after booking, we will manually request the additional guest fees.

Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.

Please be aware that during colder months, ice may form on stairs, walkways, and other outdoor areas of the property. While we take steps to ensure guest safety by providing tools like salt or sand for de-icing, weather conditions can change rapidly.

Other things to note
~ A refundable security deposit of $500 is required and securely added upon booking. The deposit is typically placed as a temporary hold on your payment card two days before check-in and automatically released two days after checkout, provided no damage is found. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the release.
