"One of the nicer hostels I’ve stayed at. Beds were comfortable and private, although the one small pillow was underwhelming. Everything was very clean. Only four beds to a room made it feel almost like a regular hotel."

"Property is well located in the River North area, with many restaurants and bars.
I stayed in one of the queen rooms, which was very clean but small, with a queen size bed, and two small nightstands. There was a metal rack to hang clothes. Perhaps because of the unusual room configurations in converting a historic building, the bath area in my room was spacious compared to the room size.

"We were in room 500, great corner room! I love the old charm. Traffic noise is a bit much and it was a Thursday evening. I imagine a holiday weekend in that area would be pretty noisy. But the bed was comfy! Staff is very courteous.
I would stay again, I'll try for floor 12 next time."

"Everything worked well. Staff was very eager to please, polite and accommodating.
I wish all rooms had irons and ironing boards and a microwave. The rooms have high ceilings.
Bathrooms have nice mosaic tiles. The tubs are a bit slippery with no rails to hold onto getting in and out.
Lovely circular lit mirror.
Lastly, the soundproofing is great to get a good rest and is right in the middle to all attractions!"

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost.
Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"Carpet in the room was smelly and paper thin walls, we could hear all the noise from the hallway ALL NIGHT!
The people at the front desk were not friendly, telling us to come back at 11 am for the check in to later tell us to come at 1 to then tell us that the room will be ready at 3. Lots of guests were waiting for their rooms at the lobby area, with luggage, sleeping, snoring. Just give the rooms! They’re ready and they know that.
Anyway, wasn’t terrible but would never stay there again."
