The room was horrible and dusty when I checked-in late at the first night, but I ordered the receptionist to clean up the dirty room the first thing in the morning after that clean and cozy till the last day. The reception is open for 24 hours. The receptionists are kind and friendly. The environment is also good and safe. Very convenient. "

"The internet was adequately fast, the staff was very helpful, the location perfect - and the bedsheets were wonderful. The one silly personal complain we had would be the quality of the coffee provided in the room. Do not expect it to be good. Instead, go down to reception and ask to use the espresso machine. And while you are sipping the espresso - or if you cannot sleep - checkout the amazing design books available to browse at the reception area. We skipped breakfast, totally forgot that...

"Clean room. Lovely front staff and cleaning staff. The room was good and it felt spacious. The room was very humid. So they put a dehumidifier there. It was a bit noisy and the tank had to be empty three times in 2 days. Thats probably the only problem. Also toothbrush and toothpaste had to be purchased. That felt a bit unnecessary "
