This bright, updated and clean beach-block home is located just 3 houses from the beach!! This home can sleep 13 guests comfortably! There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths and outdoor shower. This home is in the heart of Lavallette, within walking distance to many shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Lavallette is an amazing private beach with lifeguards. Beach badges are included. Enjoy a spacious open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room, spacious fenced-in patio, 3 queen beds, 1 king bed, 2 pull out sofa beds, 1 futon and 2 full bathrooms. Come enjoy the beach and unwind! This house has everything you need for a perfect getaway week/family vacation!

Lavallette, NJ is a small Jersey Shore town that that is one of the best if not THE BEST one can vacation at. It has a beautiful wide clean ocean beach with a boardwalk that runs the length of the town at the ocean. Additionally, it has a large bayfront recreation area with fishing/crabbing piers, gazebo for weekly concerts, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and two bay swimming beaches. The town has it's own small shopping center with restaurants, stores, pharmacy, etc. And the street this home is located on is a quiet, family friendly one that has great neighbors.

Sleeping and bedroom arrangements:
There is 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and 2 pull out couches and 1 futon—sleeps 13 comfortably

- 1st bedroom has a king bed, a futon, a dresser and a closet for clothes
- 2nd bedroom has two queen bed, a pull out sofa bed, a dresser and a closet
- 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser and a closet

- Two full bathrooms, one on each floor and a outside shower (3 showers total!)

- Central air and heat with smart Nest thermostat

- Open-concept eating/living room, TV

- Living room has a couch with a sofa bed

- Full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, dishwasher, bar eating area with bar stools

-WiFi

- 5 Beach badges to the beautiful private beach with lifeguards

- 2 car driveway, free street parking

- Guests must provide their own toiletries and linens (sheets, towels, etc), their own paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc) and their own cleaning products (dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, windex, Lysol, etc).

- No pets

- No smoking please!

- Have day trippers coming down during your stay? The bay head train station is just 8 miles up Route 35 N and Toms River hosts a bus depot. Both from NYC and Newark.

- Walk to dinner, lunch, breakfast, ice cream, mini golf, arcade shops. To name a few: The Music Man, Barnacle Bills, Sunny Hunny's, The Parlor, Sand Dollar Pancake House & Restaurant, Lavallette Ristorante & Pizzeria, Colonial Bakery, Valentino's Ristorante, Lavallette Hardware, Little Mia's Pizza, Meg's Grill, Ben Franklin, etc.

My friends and I have been doing girls weekends for many years. We have stayed at various homes and locations. I just say, this house was more than perfect. Clean, spacious, comfortable. And the location to the beach was excellent. Keira the owner was extremely accommodating and super responsive all the time. Very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this house. My friends and I are already looking to rent it again next time. It’s a gem!

Great location, only 3 houses from the ocean. The house was clean, tidy, and nicely appointed. Check-in was simple. Kiera was a wonderful hostess. She is very friendly and super responsive. We're looking forward to coming back for a second trip. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house just houses away from the beach! A very short distance from hotspots like Seaside Heights as well. The host is very responsive and very informative and kind! There are tons of restaurants and things to do all around. I would love to stay again!

Wonderful place to stay ... clean with all the amenities you need ...comfortable beds . ... third house from beach.... walking distance to restaurants for meals and ice cream ( Megs Restaurant great for breakfast and lunch) owners responsive to questions ....would stay here again. I could not recommend this property more. We booked a last minute trip while my kids were on spring break from school. The house was perfect with all the modern conveniences but still felt like a beach house. The owner was super accommodating. We spent a lot of time on the beach and on the Seaside and Point Pleasant boardwalks. Great, central location! Plenty of restaurants were open despite being the off-season. I would come back to this house again, for sure.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house with open floor plan. Nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and the beach. If there is a cleaning service used between rentals, they are not doing a deep clean. To note, all windows were unlocked upon arrival, and were difficult to secure.

We have never heard of bringing your own sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels to a VRBO before. They claimed during Covid that is a thing but we have stayed in many other states during Covid and have never had to bring our own sheets and towels. We flew in from across the country. And it was a big expense to provide these items. All in all the house is cute and great location to the beach.
