"Beautiful place set by lake outside the town of Puumala. It was a very peaceful and serene setting, a great place to go to get away from busy cities. I would say that the staff were friendly rather than warm and helpful."

"Kaunis ja kodikas vanha kartano matkalaiselle, joka arvostaa jotain erilaista ja tunnelmallista tavallisten hotellien sijasta. Loistava paikka rauhoittumiseen ja mukava isäntäväki. Erityisen hyvä oli myös aamiainen."

"Very friendly landlord. Nice house with all amenities. Larger Mosquitowindows would be helpful, however. Beautiful location but you should be aware of three minor issues: - Good supermarkets and restaurants are 35km away - Many trees and northerly location limit sunny spots to morning and early afternoon ..."
