"This was by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at. The room was not clean when we arrived—we found long black hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The hotel also appears to have maintenance issues. The room door was noticeably out of square, leaving a large gap where we could see people walking by in the hallway.
