**HVAC**
➤ We’ve upgraded to two central HVAC systems, so the bedroom split AC has been retired. One system serves the smaller loft and music room area, with the thermostat located in the music room, just below the loft by the switchboard behind the white couch. The second thermostat is located in the living room.
➤ The Game Barn is equipped with heating only, along with large ceiling fans and exhaust fans for airflow and ventilation.

➤ A security camera is on the front of the building to ensure safety of our guests and our property. Tampering with the device is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our security camera ensures the guest count on the reservation matches those who arrive at the cabin. No outside guests permitted. No third party bookings.
➤ Driveway and Privacy: The Brick House shares a driveway with Rustic Cabin, positioned for maximum privacy. The Brick House has a concrete-paved uphill driveway, manageable in normal weather. Snow removal is provided when there's more than 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months.
➤ Cabin Charms: Our cozy retreat in Hocking Hills offers a chance to unplug and cherish quality time together. Please note some quirks like well water (some guests prefer bottled water) and occasional spotty cell service (reliable WiFi).
➤ Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.
➤ No refunds for weather, natural disasters, or power outages; consider travel insurance for cancellations.
➤ $200 charge for each rule violation, plus cleaning/damage expenses.
