Coming from Vegas, this place is run down. The boardwalk outside was the nicest part in my opinion, cause you can go to other casinos. Despite the dirty smell, you can find plenty of raccoon, skunk, squirrels and fish if you wanna see some wildlife. There was a small arcade, bowling, pool, table games, small bars, a jewelry spot, and plenty of slots. Some of the attendants were nice however they seemed to be doing things other than their job, like chatting in a circle instead of watching the desk. I had a problem where there was water/chemical cleaner splatter all over the room from the bed frame to the painting to the walls and counters, and when asked for room service to come clean it, they never came despite calling and talking to someone as well as going to the front desk and them saying someone was coming. The pillows were so flat I had to steal some from the other bed and still felt uncomfortable. Check out was easy but I went to the desk for the receipts and was immediately met with attitude by an attendant. Not sure her problem, there’s much nicer hotels a short drive away in bullhead.
