"Good location. Staff and housekeeping was good. We had wet floors due to a leek. The offered another room 2 days into our 4 day stay. Maintenance resopnse was lackluster, didnt attempt to deal with the water. Just gave us extra towels to put down. Windows didnt open and window locks, once pryed open, didnt work. Place was pretty shabby. We wont be back."

"I stayed at South Point for a horse show. I was so pleased at the cleanliness. I saw staff in constant cleaning mode with a smile on their lips and a song in their heart. The security was comforting. I felt safe. Every encounter I had was pleasant. "
