Overall, we had a good experience at this property. We were traveling with two young children and wanted to be close to the strip but not in a casino directly and this property delivered that experience. Two things we especially loved with young children was the direct access to the monorail station right by the hotel, as well as the gardens at the Flamingo. The property staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was positive and did a really nice job from check-in to delivery of our bags to the room. The elevators were also really smooth and always accessible which we appreciated! While our room was perfectly fine, I felt it could’ve been cleaner. It felt a bit like an older property that went through a modern renovation that was starting to age again. I will say though that the walls were clean and looked freshly painted which I appreciated. While we did have a lock off, we did not have two full one-bedroom suites. We had one room with a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and bathroom. And then the connecting room was a King studio with its on bathroom and wet bar. The second room in the kickoff did not have its own full kitchen and separate bedroom. This may have been a personal selection made by the front desk at sign in, and not an issue with the property listing itself. Lastly, the music at the Flamingo Go Pool is definitely loud. It’s tolerable Mon-Wed, but otherwise very loud between 12-6pm that sound machines couldn’t drain it.

We made the reservations months ago. Upon checking in, we were informed that the pool was closed for renovations for the month. We were never informed that the pool would be closed during our stay; otherwise, we would have likely cancelled and found different accommodations because we chose this location because of the smaller pool size. We were permitted to use the Flamingo pool (next property), but the music was so loud, we could not hold a conversation. The R&R at poolside portion of our trip didn't exist.

Overall, the unit was as described and a close location mid strip. The pool was not available but we were able to use the family pool at the next door Flamingo. During the day, you will hear loud music from Flamingo 21 pool although it turns off early in the evening. The stopper drains in both tubs did not work although we did not ask on site staff about it.

It was very difficult to communicate with a real person. It was very confusing to understand who was the owner, the owner's representative, and the owner's representative representative. I have experience with other similar sites and Vrbo is not as user friendly.

This property is centrally located just a block off the strip and directly behind the Flamingo. Free parking was included in the Flamingo parking ramp. The unit was tastefully decorated, quiet, very clean and well stocked for an extended stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location ! Great place!! Plenty of room, comfy beds and fully stocked with everything you need Many attractions within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were under repairs , but we were allowed to use the Flamingo’s would definitely stay there again!

The place was clean and roomy and the location was wonderful- we were near everything we needed to be near the Sphete and close enough to walk to the strip as well was a real bonus.
