*** We take your health and the safety of our team very seriously and have put in extra processes to ensure our homes are thoroughly disinfected prior to each visit. Your safety and enjoyment in our home is our #1 priority! ***
Las Vegas fun awaits you in your home away from home! Featuring spacious 6 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a fully loaded kitchen, a new pool table, brand new beds with super comfortable new mattresses, and more. You will be one of the first guests staying here!!
Come take a refreshing swim under the Las Vegas sun or relax by the poolside on our comfortable chaise lounges.
Great news! Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $100/night (from Nov-Mar) and $60/night (from April-Oct) and it must be paid for the entirety of your stay. Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival if you would like this turned on. (Pool will be heated to around 78-82 degrees.) Please also note that the pool and spa rely on one heating source and can only be heated one at a time.
Due to the intricacies of pool maintenance, turning on the heating yourself without prior permission is not allowed and may be subject to a fine. Lastly, please avoid removing or turning off the pool vacuum as this may cause harm/damage.

To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.
We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage.
