Perfect place!

This property is located very close to the strip, but just far enough away from the chaos. It is very easy to quickly get to anywhere you want to go. The unit itself is clearly well maintained. It is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. I feel very lucky I found this property on VRBO. It made our trip to Vegas so much more enjoyable than staying in a hotel.

Great time

We were there for a soccer tournament we attend each year. Have had two great places to stay. Both in this complex. Outside of some late night noise it’s amazing. Has it all. We even walked to the Rio for a comedy show. Great location to just about everything. But far enough to not get a ton of traffic.

Amazing stay very close to the strip

The location was walking distance to the strip and made commute time and parking costs very manageable. The property owner was very responsive to all my questions and provided excellent instructions on how to find the apartment. I would highly recommend over a typical hotel stay. Loved the fully furnished kitchen and other amenities that came with.

A respite from the Strip…

I took my wife to see “The Eagles”, who were at the Sphere. I had been to Vegas before, and really didn’t want to stay near the hotel strip. This place is ideal if you want get away, from the noise and bustle of the tourist area. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and served our purpose. I liked the fact that there was the Rio hotel and a drug store within walking distance, if you needed.a meal or to pick up some sundries.

Perfection

Very clean and private. I did not hear any neighbors. The property is gated and there is a guard at the gate 24hrs. Location is centralized and anything you need is within 10-15min tops. I would highly recommend this unit, it was an absolutely perfect rental. I really did not want to leave.

Nothing but positive reviews for this stay!!! Was here for my 40th Birthday and the place was perfect! Perfect location, and they even left me Birthday balloons. Would totally recommend this condo to anyone looking!!!

Nice place. Very accommodating host.

Overall, a good place to stay. As other reviews noted a train does pass nearby, during our stay in the early morning. Otherwise it was very quiet. Nespresso maker was a bonus! The bedding could use an upgrade. Particularly the pillows and a blanket/ and or comforter. Otherwise, a very nice place. Very clean and Arlene is a pleasure to work with.

Convenient location

Good place unless you want to be on the strip. A train does go by several times a day very close to the unit. The mattresses were not the most comfortable but overall a good place to stay.

Cute little place near the strip

It was a cute little place near the strip. Very easy to get in and out of. I like that it’s guarded community. However my only complaint is the shower. The pipes are backwards so hot is on the. Cold side which is no big deal but the shower head you have the hold the button down the whole time instead of being able to just stand in it.

Perfect for our Vegas Trip

The place was lovely, clean and just what we were looking for, for our time in Las Vegas! We came with our kids and wanted something we could explore the strip but not be right on it and this place was absolutely perfect! The owner was so helpful and easy to contact! We loved this place and if ever come back we will look this place up again!

Beautiful spot

This beautiful little place was clean, quiet, and had a refreshing, modern look. Our family of 4 and our tiny dog stayed at this condo/apartment -- kids slept on the cot/couch comfortably. This was a great place for a mini-getaway.

I enjoyed this property. There was a problem with the AC but owner had it fixed ASAP. Great communication. Pool area was nice. Easy access to lots of places.

Great View!

Easy easy easy access to the strip! I stayed here while looking for a house and the central location was perfect! This is a brilliant spot if you are heading to the strip! Uber from here will be cheap and fast! Owner super easy to reach and talk to!

Cute condo for a quick Vegas trip

Family of 4 stayed at the unit for a quick Vegas trip. Host was very kind to provide an extra mattress to make us more comfortable. It had everything we needed for out stay, very close to the strip although we always drove there.
