Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 416. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Most of the other units in the building are furnished with exactly the same furniture, mattresses and carpet as they were when the building opened in 2006, over 13 years ago! Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our beds are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. You are our guests and we want you to experience Lake Las Vegas in luxury and style!

We will definitely be returning to this spot. It had everything we needed to relax for the week. It was an easy Uber connect from and to the airport. We had groceries delivered, but we also used the local market and eating establishments in the village (walking distance).

The view was spectacular, condo was clean and roomy and the pool was delightful. The little villa is within walking distance with cute little shops and some tasty dining options. The hosts were always available if you needed anything.

We found this wonderful condo in Lake Las Vegas while we were looking to explore the area of Henderson and Green Valley. The listing was exactly as advertised…clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo as quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was also fantastic and we woke up to a beautiful sunrise each day. There were walking trails nearby as well as restaurants and bars, and it was only a short 10 minute drive to Henderson proper. The communication with ownership was very easy, and the owners were very helpful. We have to say that the Lake Las Vegas area definitely grew on us as a possible area to reside in the future. We will definitely be back to enjoy this area again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit was super clean and very quiet-we experienced no noise from other units. The mattress was comfortable and the bed linens and towels were good quality. The decor was very nice and updated as well. The building itself and the grounds were very well kept and clean. Communication with the host was easy and the response was timely. We were in the area for two concerts and a sporting event and it was such a nice respite to stay at this peaceful unit in a serene setting.

This condo overlooks Lake Las Vegas. It is a quiet retreat from the bustle of the nearby city and suburbs. Joe was very good at communicating and getting us checked in early. He quickly resolved a small problem. This place is well stocked and well maintained. Very good for couple seeking a quiet retreat. One thing worth mentioning is the village across the lake. it was lovely too but also quiet. Most places were closed by early evening. If you are looking for nightlife, this is not the place.

Joe and Letty have a beautiful, clean, and well kept Condo. Perfect/Quiet and beautiful location near everything you'd want to see in Vegas. The community was charming, easy to get around and what a lovely view of the lake and mountains from the balcony!

Joe & Letty have a exceeded our expectations - their condo and lake views are exactly as advertised and we loved staying Luna Di Lusso! This was a great place as a central headquarters for the sites and places we wanted to visit during our stay in the desert. This time of year the weather was absolutely fantastic as well. We highly recommend this property the amenities provided by Joe & Letty.
