The experience was great. Within a day or two after booking on Expedia, I had a Guest Specialist assigned to me via text who was ultra responsive during my weeklong stay. I paid through Expedia, and the checkin process was performed in advance through the property managers web site (Zelloo/Livily).
I arrived at the gate, provided my confirmation number and directed to the tower I'd be staying in. Valet was complimentary. No long lines, I picked up my key at the front desk from MGM Signature staff. The room was very clean, newer and more spacious than a room you'd get at the MGM Grand, and had sufficient linens for my stay. Traditional hotel housekeeping services are not included by default, and I never use them during my stays anyway. But if you do need anything like extra linens etc, you just text your guest associate and they take care of it. The fitness center has clean RO water available so you can a flask or large mug whenever you want.
The Guest Specialist was the same person throughout my stay, responsive, happy to help, and not an AI bot. It made more of an impact than I would have expected.
Overall, this was a fantastic and better alternative to booking a room at the MGM Grand. The MGM signature is the same or less distance from the conference center, right next to topgolf, has its own Starbucks, fitness Center, and snack shop, and it sure feels a lot newer.
I'd definitely use this service again.
