  • Lake Las Vegas Vacation getaway. Twenty minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Enjoy Lake Access to kayaking, paddle boarding, boating. Season's grocery store is a 5-minute walk from this beautiful condo: restaurants, wine bar, and ice cream for your taste buds. Lake Las Vegas is a Master Planned Resort community located minutes from the Las Vegas strip with a 320-acre lake with over 20 miles of shoreline. Two golf courses; one private Jack Nicklaus course located on South Shore is for Members, and the 18 hole Reflection Bay golf course is located on North Shore and is also a Jack Nicklaus designed course.

    In addition to the shopping at Lake Las Vegas, the District in nearby Green Valley is a 10-minute drive from the lake as is The Galleria Mall. Of course, gaming is available at the Fiesta, Sunset Station and Green Valley Ranch Casino. All three casinos are within 14 minutes of the Lake. Movie theaters with luxury reclining seats are available at Sunset Station.

    For the nature lover and hike, you will find several Rails to Trails walks nearby. Spectacular views of Lake Mead on the Historic Railroad Hiking trail takes you through several tunnels along Lake Mead all the way to Hoover Dam. The spectacular Red Rocks are 35 minutes away and provide over 21 Hiking trails in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservatory. Waterfalls, unique plant life, and desert critters provide interesting and beautiful sites along the trails.

    For the skier and snowboarder, Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort are located at Mount Charleston an hour from Lake Las Vegas.

Condo very comfortable, especially the king size bed! Walking distance to a small grocery store and marina, many restaurants and pathways to take long walks. Coming back in April.

The folks I spoke to over the phone were very helpful but guests should be clear that the person giving you the key are NOT the ones to talk to with questions or concerns. The condo was great the carpet could have used a shampoo and the AC in the bedroom wasn’t as good as the living room but our stay was great and I would recommend it!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great one-bedroom unit in beautiful surroundings. Unit was perfectly equipped for our week in Las Vegas. This was one of three units we had rented for our family trip (two were thru Windermere). From check-in (with Raymond) to check-out, not a complaint (except we wish we rented our 3rd unit from Windermere as well as their units were excellent and pricing better too. Highly recommend Lake Las Vegas and this unit. While the strip is a short drive (or Uber) away, Lake Las Vegas is a perfect desert getaway. Village restaurants all great, and don’t miss the gelato!

Truly found a jewel. We loved our daily walks through the property. Especially not only Seasons Grocery but the employees. What a treat for a daily "hearty hello". If they did not see us for one day checked to make sure we were okay the following day. What courtesy. Close proximity to a wide range for shopping, dining, recreation, and freeway system. Pictures have been shared since arriving home generating interest with many for their future destination. Future reservations pending.
