Be entertained on the floor level with the open concept living room and game room which includes a pool table, ping-pong, arcade and more. The four rooms are located upstairs to allow peaceful quiet sleep.

Only 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip!



This house is perfect for large groups or families that love to hangout and enjoy their time together. Our house can easily accommodate 12 people sleeping comfortably. The sleeping arrangement is as follows:

• Bedroom 1: One (1) King Bed
• Bedroom 2: One (1) Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: One (1) Queen Bed
• Bedroom 4: Two (2) Queen Beds
• Main Living Room: One (1) Sofa Bed


The house has all the amenities you would need for your entire stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy great meals and drinks with your family and friends. Some of the kitchen amenities include a blender, air fryer, pots, pans, wine glasses, shot glasses and of course a coffee maker!

There is no shortage for entertainment when in Vegas!

The game room includes:

• 55" Roku TV with Spotify
• Pool table
• Ping-pong
• Mini basketball hoops
• Street Fighter arcade game
• Dart board
• Bar for your favorite drinks
• Neon sign and lights for IG worthy photos

In the main living room you will find board games for your group to play and a 65" Roku TV if you'd prefer to unwind and relax a bit. Bedroom 4 is also equipped with a 65" Roku TV for those looking to stay in and have a movie night instead. The house has 500 MBPS internet speed to be able to stream without any interruptions!

It wouldn't be a Vegas trip without the outdoors though. Outdoor you will find the following:

• Caged Fire Pit
• Sauna

The backyard is fully enclosed so perfectly safe for children and/or pets. Pets are welcome but require an additional $150 fee.

POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:
*Pool and hot tub heating is available upon request for only $100/night for the duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is $55 per night. Please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you would like these turned on.

Pool maintenance occurs every Thursday morning so please allow the pool cleaner to perform their quick routine pool maintenance.
