"Quiet hotel close to the strip"

"Extremely pricey, hard to maneuver the parking garage due to lack of signage, concierge was rude, pool was overcrowded "

I was called to checkout but there was some confusion with the guest in front of me as to which front desk associate was helping who. I was forced to go back in line and made to wait some more which was confusing and embarrassing."

"Front of hotel was being replaced. Guest access was through back doors only, with no signs to indicate that they were for the hotel. Wasted 15 driving around the same area trying to find the hotel. Had to stop and ask another hotel front desk what was going on. "

"Good location, across street from monorail and the loop at Westgate. Ate at onsite bar a couple of times, limited menu but decent food with generous portions. Free breakfast was same every morning but good variety to choose from, with the free breakfast and no resort fees it’s a great choice for basic accommodations."

"This is one of those places, you get what you paid for. It would be unfair to say this hotel is bad if not paying the same price as Wynn, Bellagio and Caesar’s. I wish it had a better gym. Food price at the main restaurant was reasonable too"

"I recently stayed here for 2 nights. I chose this location mainly because of the hot tub, so that was really disappointing—the water was extremely hot, to the point where it felt unsafe and unusable. I did report it, but was told there wasn’t access to adjust it. There was also a period during the day (about 11 AM–4 PM) when there was no water at all, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, our room had a slight sewer smell, so we had to keep the AC running constantly. That said, I want...

"The King Suite was huge with separate bedroom, spacious bathroom, and full kitchen with good appliances, although we did not use them. Quiet location on high floor with wonderful view of the Sphere."

"It’s a beautiful hotel . Only complaint is Expedia advertised $100 a day food & beverage credit and hotel check in confirmed and at check out Inwas told it’s only a beverage credit . So I was charged for a meal that should’ve been free. Really not cool"
