Great hotel but need a bigger buffet room

Great waterpark and clean rooms. The buffet room was too small however and people were squashed whilst trying to get breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Fint hotel og prisen er fair. Enkelte forbedringsmuligheder, men hvis man er til all inkl. og ikke kraver meget uden for hotellets område og kan nøjes med at bade og have en smule underholdning, så er det super godt.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunrise Oasis. Lovely spacious rooms, amazing dining options including 3 restaurants off site, good quality drinks, lovely friendly staff and only a short walk to the main strip and beautiful beaches. We willl definitely be back.

Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children. Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. There’s loads to do, including outdoor play areas, indoor soft play and kids clubs that always looked full of energy. Older kids are well catered for too with two games areas (pool tables, bowling, air hockey, shuffleboard), plus mini golf and an outdoor football pitch. The water slides suit all ages, with both smaller and bigger ones. The pool was very clean and, despite it being April, it was warm enough to properly enjoy. Some areas are around 140cm deep, which made it more fun for older kids. The allocated sun loungers were a big plus—no rushing to reserve beds, just choose where you want if it’s available. Food was really good with a nice variety. The pizzas were a highlight—freshly made and honestly some of the best we had. The buffet area can get a bit busy as it’s not huge, but going at the right times solves that. We also booked the Greek restaurant included with the stay, which was lovely. Location-wise, it’s ideal—about a 2 minute walk to the main strip and 5 minutes to beach.

Perfect hotel for families, kids loved the waterpark, playground, mini golf and kids club. I love that there was an Adults Pool. Great staff all round, polite, professional and really went that extra mile to make sure we were looked after. Food was excellent, plenty of choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. I will definitely be looking to book this hotel in the near future when I return to Cyprus. Thank you to all the staff x

All good.

It is a family hotel so don't expect luxury. Good size room very well equipped. Good swimming pools. Interesting slides at the waterpark. Good food with very good service at the restaurant. A 5 minutes walk to the beach. I can't find any serious negative things to say.

Jättetrevligt All-inclusive hotell

Utmärkt service. Trevligt mottagande vid incheckningen. Måltiderna var vällagade och ganska varierande. All-inclusive utbudet var bättre än andra ställen vi varit på. Hotellet var välstädat både i de allmänna utrymmena och i hotellrummet. Personalen var noggranna att hålla rent kring poolen men tyvärr var de övriga gästerna ganska nonchalanta. Vi är från Sverige och är ganska ovana vid rökning så det var mindre trevligt för oss då vi upplevde att de flesta övriga gästerna var rökare. Vi hade uppskattat om även poolområdet varit rökfritt.

Certainly worth a visit.

Very well run hotel.Special thanks to Rafaela, Anufa,Ludmila,Sagar and of course Antonio. Excellent members of staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. The food and drinks were of high quality. The off site restaurants included in our deal were a nice change. I have stayed in better hotels and paid less, and have stayed in worse hotels and paid more.I think the all inclusive deal stopping at 11:00 pm is a tad early, but understand if it cuts back on drunken behaviour.I feel the entertainment area is in the wrong location. It does not encourage the participation of a potentially captive audience. Very near the town centre, so ideal if you need a change of scene.

The hotel is in a great location which is why we've stayed there for 3 years now. The major problem at this hotel is temporary employees that are untrained or ones who steal from guests. We complained that the housekeepers were not properly cleaning the floor and they told the woman cleaning the room that we complained so she came back very upset and giving us attitude for complaining. The next day the same housekeeper came and stole my Bluetooth Headphones which are very expensive 200 euro. I only noticed that they were missing the next day when we checked out and the very first day the same housekeeper took all the euro change about 4 euro off the desk in the bedroom. My mistake was not saying anything the first day. I just wanted to have a good vacation with my wife and kids without drama. So the third theft in 4 days was the second day both my kids slippers were left poolside and we reported them to the front desk and pool keeper. The lifeguard told us that he found them and put them on the stairs next to the pool the day before. If an employee finds something and doesn’t give them to front desk lost and found or to pool lost and found there is a major problem with these temporary staff. They just don’t care about guests.

great place for a family holiday ,All inclusive is a good option here and they have other restaurants outside of the hotel that you can go to part of the package , i went to the Greek restaurant ordered high priced food options paid no extra. They have snacks at hotel and room is clean beds comfortable sea view is awesome

Mid range family hotel in heart of Protaras

It’s OK - does the job and is well located. Rooms are good size - comfy for family stays. Communal pool is packed in tight but you have designated loungers which is a brilliant initiative. All incl. means bars are busy. Staff are friendly but disorganised.

This Hotel is really one of the best I have stayed at in Protaras! I have been visiting this area for a long time and I can say from experience that this hotel is one of the best in terms of Food, Pool, Bar, Rooms and Location. I will definitely be coming back!
