"Rooms falling apart. "

"We arrived at the hotel and noticed that the hotel’s lobby area was being renovated. Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. "

"This hotel is trifling! The entire hotel is a dump! Staff is useless and inattentive. 0 out of 10 stars. I booked here 3 weeks prior to staying. I paid $169 for a king bed room with a pull-out couch for my son. When I arrived I had to pay a $250 security deposit which was not a problem because it gets returned upon no damages. Within 1 hour, I discovered multiple issues. 1 elevator in service, sticky floors with coffee and juice stains, the only working elevator had trash inside, no housekeeping...

"I was there for 5 day and My room never got cleaned.. Had to ask for towels and then to clean my room but they never did.. stayed they were short staff but nothing was corrected.. Their pool was closed :( It should of been made known before booking.. Breakfast was a 1 out of 10"

"One night stay, visiting for an event — so not much time spent ta the hotel or interacting with staff. Bed was comfortable, room and breakfast area was clean. Location was near the event. Condition was as expected of a 3* tier of a national hotel chain, no more and no less."

"I recently stayed in a suite at this hotel in Washington DC with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the sofa was visibly dirty, which made the space uncomfortable for us. Additionally, the room phone was not working, so I had to call the front desk from my personal phone to request extra towels. I was told someone would bring them, but no one ever came. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask again, and there was no...

"The room was dirty in multiple ways. There were ashes in the drawers, crumbs on top of drawers, stains on chairs, and liquid spilled on the floor. The air conditioning unit had a burning smell once the heat was tiened on. The lock on the bathroom would not lock. There also apleared to be dead and dired up bedbugs in the cabinet under the tv. The room was supoosed to have two full beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. Overall an unpleasant experience. "

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. During our first night, we experienced some noise from the room upstairs, but the staff responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. The location is very convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"As always, the staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean. Of all of our stays we've only evet had one issue. That was with the AC and it was addressed immediately. We stay typically several times a year. This is our go to when we are in town."

"They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! "
