Spacious 2 BDRM/sleeps 6

All the comforts of home in this relaxing, private apartment located in North Laramie. Relax in the comfortable beds and prepare your own meals in the full kitchen. Perfect place for one night or many. Located on the upper floor of a two level 8-plex, there are 10 steps to enter the unit.

Responsible pet owners are welcome! We do charge $15/pet per night for a maximum of $150 per stay. This is charged to you the day of your arrival.

I don’t live on site, but either I or an assistant will be available to answer any questions you may have. Unless it’s an emergency, please call or message between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

Portable AC is available seasonally, typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

Host was responsive. Place (towels, bedding, bathroom, kitchen) was generally clean but vents had a lot of buildup and carpets and couch were dingy. Beds are the memory foam which is fairly soft for us but that is a personal preference. Overall, a good stay for the price.

Some of the bedding is ripped. The couch bed wasn't what we were hoping for. Not ideal for having a guest sleep on it. I would suggest getting Pam for the pans to cook. Overall a great stay.

Pros: The apartment itself was excellent, a 10/10. It was very clean, well-stocked, and cozy. Host communication was excellent.Con: The downstairs neighbor turned on something very loud (bathroom fan motor?) from about 9:45-11:15PM. It was so loud below the secondary bedroom that it was impossible to rest, let alone sleep.

A perfect fit for our short weekend adventure to Laramie. Location was perfect with quick access to Snowy Range & downtown. Very clean and amenities provided met our needs perfectly. Appreciated being able to have our dog and the teenager appreciated the snacks. Will consider booking again the next time we need to stay in Laramie. Thank you!

We only stayed for one night, but it was very clean and comfortable. Also, everything we needed for our stay was supplied, and the hosts were quick with their responses. Great Stay in Laramie

We had a great stay at this property. It was super easy to check in, it was VERY clean with a few fun treats in the kitchen. The owner was VERY responsive to all of our questions. They were answered with in minutes. Our only observation was that it says that it sleeps 6. The beds in the bedrooms are fulls. In our opinion that is too small for 2 adults to sleep comfortably...or maybe my husband and I just require more room. We ended up sleeping in different bedrooms. So just beware that the beds are only fulls. Other than that it was a great place to stay!!

Brought our son to Wyotech

We needed a clean, quiet comfortable place to stay while getting our son checked in and settled for school at Wyotech. The apartment was all of that. It was very clean, pretty quiet and the beds were comfortable. The apartment complex itself is older and a little run down right along with everything around it. Never felt unsafe or felt uncomfortable

Clean & Simple

The apartment was clean and provided basic amenities which were adequate for our stay to visit family. The drive up appeal was a bit scary. The apartment was in a rundown neighborhood and the exterior of the building was in need of substantial repair. We had an issue with tv on arrival but the host was not motivated to help us out at all.
