Welcome to the Charming French Studio Apartment! This studio near downtown Laramie and the University of Wyoming is a perfect getaway for you, thanks to its cozy atmosphere, upscale details, and ideal location. The studio has a European French charm with creative art and soft blues, it is intimate but never cramped as the reading nook provides a perfect place for your luggage, work remote, and/or plan your next adventures. The Studio is SMALL 500ft and is perfect for solo travels or couples.

The Space:
The Studio is SMALL 500ft and is perfect for solo travels or couples.
The main room has a nice table to eat at or work at, comfortable love seat, TV, and memory foam queen size bed that can make your stay even more enjoyable.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake for your mountain adventures or to eat healthy while you are on the road.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need, such as: fridge with ice maker, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, French press, as well as pots, pans and utensils.
The reading nook is a perfect place you can find some peace and quiet to be able to work on the road or to relax.
For the bathroom we provide you: towels, washcloths, hand soap, shampoo, body soap, toilet paper. You will find extra towels in the bathroom in case you need more.

The studio is walking distance to the University of Wyoming, downtown, restaurants and bars, and two blocks from a Undine Park to take your dog for a walk.

Guest Access:
FREE parking on premises for 2 cars
NO handicap accessible, the Studio has five steps you must climb to get to the door.
NO laundry on premises. (Will provide laundry access for long term stays)
Inquire about medium term stays!

The Neighborhood:
Two blocks away from Undine Park where you can take a walk or take your dog for a stroll if traveling with pets.

Apartment is a SMALL studio per the pictures

In case you have a bigger party, I have two other apartments in the same building that can accommodate 2-5 people

I am an outdoor enthusiast and if you need any recommendations of what to do in the area, please do not hesitate to ask.

This studio apartment is one of three units in a multi-family house. All units are rented out as Short-Term Rentals and all are pet friendly.

Please pick up after your pets, no fenced in yard.

Lastly, This is Laramie, Wyoming and most houses do not have central AC, with that being said, the studio does have a window AC Unit and a fan.

Very cute and charming little rental. Was just what we needed for 1 night stay. Bed was soooo comfortable and place was clean. Good location, close to downtown bars and restaurants, because of road construction we ended up driving to downtown, but could be walkable.

Prime location

A wonderful stay with just me and my pup. Prime spot close to a really nice and open park to take my dog and lots of good food options nearby. A small but very nice and comfortable studio. Highly recommend!

It was a great location. Neighbors were friendly. Pleasant to sip coffee in the morning and see the blue sky and quaint street view from the picture window. It was quiet. Within walking distance of the university where we visited the planetarium and had a view of the night sky from a telescope. Also within walking distance of old downtown with great spots to eat and cute shops. Interesting people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laramie. A hidden gem.

Awesome place, great location. Had a miscommunication but a quick call got it resolved quickly and did not delay my check in. No doubt would stay again. Old place but a very comfortable place. No issues on my stays.

Cute home

We were in town to do some business and had a great stay at this cute little house. It was cheaper than most of the local hotels and SO much better. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. It even had a small room off to the side that allowed me to work remotely without bothering my house mate.

Beautiful place!

Alyssa was a great host! I had questions about where to go hiking and she answered almost immediately and was so helpful! The place was absolutely beautiful and was just like the photos! I would highly recommend! Cannot wait to visit again and I know where I will be staying!

Perfect for what I needed

The room was my birthday gift to myself for an overnight ice fishing trip at the plains lakes. The room had everything I needed very relaxing stay. The host was always available via email for any questions I had. This is the place I be at for my next trip in the area.
