"The tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay.
Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered.
Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area.
This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time.
Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year."

"A very convenient location near the Laoag airport. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for a airport shuttle service at 4:30am.
The staff was also kind and friendly. "

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise.
They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard.
The breakfast was good and standard...
