Beautiful 2 BDRM & 2 BTHRM home located in the historic town of Lantana, walking distance to Lantana beach, other public beaches within a short drive. Boat ramps, fishing places, multiple parks, Many restaurants, coffee shops within a short walk. Recently renovated, modern furnishing, sparkling clean, comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, 1 pull out couch in living room. Fully equipped kitchen. All linens and towels will be supplied for our guests. WiFi and Xfinity cable TV. Keypad lock door. 24/7 security surveillance exterior cameras. I look forward to hosting you and your family or friends at the Ocean Vacation Breeze. As you saw in the description the property is conveniently located in the center of Lantana within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. If you are driving in you are just minutes from I95, take the Lantana exit and head east. I will ensure everything is ready for your arrival, and will email you 24 -48 hours in advance with the door entry key pad code as well as other logistical information. When you arrive to my place you will have 2 parking spots in front the left side of the building numbered #1.

Grocery stores like costco, publix, convenience stores are all located in walking distance or few min drive from Ocean Vacation Breeze.

I have listed a few simple HOUSE RULES to make your stay pleasurable:
No pets.
No smoking in the house. You are more than welcome to smoke outside the house.
No parties or excessive noise (Lantana city law - Quiet hours between 11pm-7am)
Please take your shoes off inside the apartment to help maintain the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay.
Please ensure all lights are off when you leave the apartment – lets work together to preserve the energy.
Please make sure the door is always locked when you leave the apartment.
Please place all dirty towels in the baskets provided in each room upon vacating the property.
Kindly put all the dirty dishes into the dishwasher, and start the cycle upon vacating the property.
Garbage pick up days are Monday and Thursday, if you are at the property during pick up days please ensure that the garbage bins are placed at the curb the night before.
DOOR ACCESS CODE
The 4 digit code for the front door will be sent to you 24h upon your arrival.
When entering please use the above code
Upon leaving the property press the lock button and the door will lock automatically
Please ensure the door is always locked when you leave the apartment
AIR CONDITIONING
The thermostat has been pre-set and locked to avoid any damage to the unit. Currently the temperature is set to 74F as the minimum temperature. You can bring the temperature up if you find it too cold but it will not allow you to set it below 74F. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed while the AC unit is running. We also encourage to keep the blinds closed in extreme heat, to reduce the heat coming into the house.
LAUNDRY
The laundry is located at the back of the building. The keys for the laundry room are on the kitchen wall above the dishwasher. Please use the washer and dryer that is marked for UNIT #1 directly on the wall above the washer. Please clean dryer air filter after each use. Please make sure the laundry door is locked when you are finished. Laundry is not to be used during the quite hours from 11pm to 7am.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to ensure your stay is comfortable:
Dishes and utensils
Pots and pans
Keurig coffee maker
Regular coffee maker with build in grinder
Magic Bullett blender
Toaster
Kettle
These are just a few things but feel free to check all the cupboards for other things you might need during your stay.
