The host communicated clearly and responded in a timely way to anything we sent his way. He went above and beyond when some important items were left behind. The place was amazing and spacious! It was everything we needed. The master suite was a private, get get away, while the kids enjoyed their rooms, the balcony, and the big living room! We were able to dine, relax, play, and host a few friends. We would love to return in the future.

We were on a very short turnaround for the holiday and stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The host was more than accommodating and kind to us. The house was even better than the pictures portrayed. I would gladly stay with this host again. Outstanding.

Absolutely perfect!! Home was very very clean!! The descriptions were accurate and exceed our expectations. We originally anticipated having 6 adults at the home thinking 6 would be too much but the home was more than spacious enough for 8 adults if needed. What a gorgeous house! The two boys loved the backyard and the entertainment center. My new daughter-in-law and her boys stayed here while in town for our wedding, and it was a wonderful place. (One mattress, in the middle room, was not very comfortable, but it was OK for the little boys.) We will use this place in future for family get-togethers.

This was our first VRBO experience, and I would definitely do it again. Property was clean, spacious, and ready for our 3-night stay that we arranged to familiarize with the area around MSU prior to one of my children's dorm move-in. Served it's purpose well as a homestead that we could fall back to when our days around campus and surrounding areas were done.Very appreciative of how responsive and helpful David was before, during, and after our stay. He was also patient and understanding while we worked through some billing headaches as a card we'd used was compromised (not from the VRBO transaction) and we had to update payment method just prior to our stay.If you're in need of a place around MSU, I'd 100% recommend. Far more practical and convenient than trying to arrange hotel rooms for this many people. It's also far more personal - being in a house with family was a far better way to send one off to college than split between hotel rooms.

Perfect spot for a grande ledge wedding

We had an incredible stay! There were eight of us, including two toddlers, traveling for a wedding, and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. It was spacious, clean, and super comfortable—plenty of room for everyone to relax and feel at home.The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy for us to prepare meals together. The huge backyard was a dream for both the adults and the little ones—lots of space to run around and enjoy the outdoors.What really stood out was the host’s hospitality. Communication was fast and thoughtful. When I asked if there were any extra hangers, he brought some over within 15 minutes—talk about above and beyond!This place made our trip even more special, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. We’d absolutely stay here again!Also, we saw a bunny and made friends with a neighborhood kitty!

Great stay for 2 families with kids

This property worked great for my brother's family and mine. There is a large backyard and a basketball goal. The kids had fun catching fireflies in the summer evenings and had fun playing wiffle ball and basketball. The 3 upstairs rooms worked well for the kids and my husband and I. My brother, wife, and baby slept in the master downstairs which had ample room for a pack n play for the baby. All in all a very comfortable stay and much more enjoyable than multiple hotel rooms.

Guys Golf Trip

Apart from the master the bedrooms were cramped, especially the 4th which the queen blow up bed barely fit into. Otherwise property was extremely clean with an abundance of nice touches, such as coffee, soap, shampoo etc.

This house was everything I could have asked for. Lots of little extras I don’t sometimes find at other VRBOs. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Lansing. Also, David was very responsive when I couldn’t figure out how the coffee machine worked. 5 stars!
