Langwith & Whaley Thorn station. View northward, towards Worksop: ex-Midland Nottingham - Mansfield - Worksop line, closed 12/10/64. The route was reopened as the Robin Hood Line, Nottingham - Newstead 8/5/93, on to Mansfield Woodhouse 20/11/95, to Worksop 6/98. This station was built new in 6/98, ½ mile north of the old station, which closed 12/10/64

Staff very friendly and helpful. Had good breakfast selection but not the highest quality of cooking. Themeat was a little bland flavoured. Great location for city centre . Would stay again.
