"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un graditissimo upgrade della nostra sistemazione, molto apprezzato. "Room was fine. They greet you with free orange juice and coffee. My issue was that to access the hotel with a car you need to enter through the highway. We were in switzerland for 24hrs only with a german rental car so we did not want to buy a vignette for 1 hour of use. I left the car in a nearby road and asked in reception if there was any way to access the parking or any nearby place to park, to which I was answered: “just pay the vigentte, its cheap. its not my problem that you dont have a...
