"オンラインチェックインを事前にしていましたが、部屋のアクセスキーの設定が間違っており、ホテルへ入れたものの部屋に入ることができませんでした。いろいろな媒体でメッセージを送るも1時間以上返信 がなく、こちらから電話してアクセスキーの設定をしてもらえたようで、到着から1時間以上してようやく部屋に入れました。
海外旅行だと気軽に電話することができないので、ホテルに管理人がいないのならばメッセージですぐに連絡をとれるよう体制を整えるべきです。部屋は綺麗でしたが、非常に最悪な旅の始まりになりました。"

"The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable.
The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site.
We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist...

"Lamira was a great base for our visit to Zürich. Although we had a car and could drive to the city centre, there was a train station with ample service just a short walk up the street. There was a convenience store nearby, too, for when we forgot something at the grocery store.
The studio was very comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking and relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony when we were eating our meals. Communication with the team was very easy, and they did a...

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."
