"Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. "I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center. "Really good location for exploring the city. The property is very cozy as described, we could not get the wifi to work and it was a little hot in the room but other than that it came with all the proper toiletries and bedding."

"This property was just fine for our short night before flying out. Close to the airport! The listing did not mention it was an apartment in someone’s lower level. Again, fine, but not advertised. A parking spot was mentioned in the listing but driveway was full. "

"The suite was tidy, clean, well decorated & in a great location to the Children’s Hospital & Foothills. Neighborhood was quiet & the host was very accommodating and friendly. Quite a few stairs in the front to access the suite in the back of house. Host allowed me to park in back to accommodate with less stairs.Little gem of a place!"

"This place was a lovely surprise. It looked a little sketchy from the outside, but inside was very clean, with many nice touches - croissants, PBJ, a coffee grinder, great coffee maker, and all the appliances worked! There's lots of seating room, and the best TV I've seen in any kind of rental accommodation! We had one small issue (a blown breaker) that Kassa responded to right away.I'm happy to recommend this home!"
