"Everything was great except for the sliding door to hotel which was broken all weekend having guests manually open and close it. Too long to be non operational. "

The room we were in had a smell of an old smoking room that was converted to a non smoking room and the odor was disguised by an air freshener. You have to pay extra to upgrade your breakfast, otherwise it's a continental breakfast with not much choice. "

The TV software was shockingly outdated—like something from the 90s—with no support for Netflix, YouTube, or any modern streaming options. "Paid overnight parking is a little inconvenient given the already high price and tax for the room. There is also no way to connect to the tv with a streaming device which was unfortunate."

"Free breakfast was a good perk. Staff was attentive. Suite with kitchenette and separate bedroom was good, but be aware you need to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom, so you lose some privacy. My only major complaint is that on both days of our stay they were doing noisy maintenance work in the pool area and no notice of this was given. It was a cold and rainy weekend, so we were looking forward to spending lots of time at the indoor pool."
