"I didn't last an hour in this hotel. Initially, I didn't realize that they were not ADA compliant. I was given a room on the second floor and asked for an elevator and she said there wasn't one. I then asked for a room on the first floor, she said they were booked and didn't have any other rooms. It was late so I struggled up the stairs to the room. I sat my things down. The comforter on the bed had stains and still, I decided I'd just sleep in the other bed. I tried to turn on the television,...

"Our stay was very nice. The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly. We arrived earlier than expected so I was expecting for our room to not be ready however, they had a room available. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and I like that they switch the items up. The pool area was also nice and clean. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I really liked how this hotel made sure that everything was clean."

"We stayed in room 122. Unknown to us. The room was near a public restroom. All night long the door slammed from individuals going in and out. An easy fix would be adjusting the gas shock to soften the door closure, or at minimum add rubber bumpers to stop the loud bang every time someone enters or exits. Horrible experience."

"No one at desk when we got there. Had to make noise to locate one. The elevator was making a terrible noise and jumping around so they told us not to use it. We were on the 3rd floor. Floors were dirty. Air didn’t work right. Hairdryer didn’t work so went to desk for another one. Juice was terrible. Restaurants were close by. "

"My stay was okay overall, and the staff was friendly and helpful during my visit. However, I would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing renovations, as this impacted the experience more than expected. I also think the hotel could be clearer about their guest policies before booking, as this information would have been helpful to know in advance."
