Tout était parfait et comfortable pour un w-end sportif. Un accueil chaleureux, propreté des lieux, items disponibles et espace dans le logis. Nous étions très à l'aise et heureux de notre choix. Nous n'hésiterons pas à réserver de nouveau si nous revenons dans la région. Merci Sharon !

This was absolutely the best place to stay at! I feel like the photos in the listing do not do the place justice. The kitchen, though we did not utilize it, was fully stocked if we had decided to cook while on our trip. The place was very cozy, and felt like a home away from home. Shannon was also very kind and greeted us when we got there. The bed was so inviting and comfortable to sleep in, especially after how much sightseeing we did every day as we were exhausted, and having a nice comfortable bed to return to was amazing. The place was nice and clean, as well. My husband and I cannot express enough how much we loved our stay here. Definitely a hidden gem!

Nice basement apartment with everything you might need available. Cozy. The only issue we had was we didn't see the note about turning on the heaters until our second day there. It was very chilly that night and I got cold overnight.

My stay in Shannon’s VRBO

This is a warm, welcoming apartment. I found it to be easy to get around the area. The kitchen is just right with lots of amenities available. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry area. I was visiting friends and ate out often so didn’t get a chance do any real cooking. Lots of cooking utensils. The living room was cozy and very comfortable. I will try to stay here in the future.

It was absolutely perfect. It had everything you need for a worry free stay. Super clean and charming. We will stay there exclusively from now on when ever we go to Buffalo. Shannon is the perfect hostess. Loved everything about this place.

The property, nestled in a rural area yet conveniently close to amenities, boasts a comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. What truly sets it apart is the thorough cleanliness of the entire property.Our host, Shannon, was friendly and responsive to any questions we may have had. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay and we will definitely book it again for any upcoming trips to Buffalo.

Handy Location, and Great Birding

Clean, quiet, and close to Greenfields Senior Living Center, where my mid-90 y.o. parents were living.The property is on 10 acres with Little Buffalo Creek, id'd 15 bird species before I left the driveway. Saw over 30 total.
