The Best Hotel In Lititz

This hotel truly is the best hotel in Lititz. We travel to the area every year, and always stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious. The check in/out process was simple. The price was also affordable. I highly recommend the Lititz Inn & Suites.

Have stated at this motel several times. They have really improved it. I recommed this place. One do wish they would start the coffee and breakfast again.

Small basic no frills motel if you want just a clean room. The management just changed the computer system and they didn’t have my reservation but they still had a room and honored the price.

Advertised with continental breakfast. No breakfast at all. Microwave in lobby but none in rooms. No coffeepot or shampoo either. These are pretty basic to most hotels. It was made clear that there is no one at the desk between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Location however is good. Quiet area.

The place looked uncared for. Wallpaper was peeling, the rugs were old and dingy. I expected better. No breakfast. The coffee was cold.

When we went on Expedia and booked this hotel it said breakfast was included. When we got to the hotel there was none. Bathrooms had dirt imbedded on the floor around the tub. The carpet was dirty and it smelled like smoke. Was not happy. I would never stay there again.

The tv was broken and when we went to front desk to tell them about it we were told there person that is able to fix tv was not in. They mever even bothered to look at tv or offer another room even though there were many open rooms. The phone was also broken and there was no breakfast offered. Very disappointed as we have stayed here in past.

The property was run down, carpets, bedding, towels. The rug in the room was stained in many places. It may have been vacuumed clean but it was hard to tell. It felt like it had years of dirt ground into the fibers. There was only one bedside table. Not all lighting worked in the room. The lightbulbs were mismatched, which seems a petty complaint, but added to the overall lack ambiance of the room. The room was ok for an overnight stay in a pinch. The hotel lobby entrance had dusty holiday decorations from seasons past. A fire pull was hanging by wires on the hallway wall. Chairs not in use and other objects were stacked in a corner in an entrance way. The side doorway entrance to the property did not lock so no key was required to enter. The elevator did not work.

The staff are nice but they are very understaffed and also, this hotel is privately owned. The entire building has dust and debris all over it. Our bathroom was gross, there was a huge stain on the carpet that looked suspect and the fire detector kept on beeping, since the batteries needed replaced. My husbad went down to notify the front desk and they said they would be up in 30 minutes but then forgot. He ended up removing it so we could sleep. We had a room with 2 queen beds and they charged us an extra $10 per night since our kid stayed with us 2 nights.

The staff at the front desk was rude. it says that there is breakfast in the morning but another sign says breakfast is closed so the website is wrong. The shower head hair in it and the toilet bowl on the outside was not cleaned.
