In LOTus (115m²), on the ground floor, hall leading to a large living room: dining area, lounge area (flat screen TV, open fireplace), fully equipped kitchen area, relaxation area (games, library, extra bed 2 people), 1 bedroom (bed 2x80cm) and its bathroom (bath, washbasin), separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom (180cm bed), balcony, and its bathroom (shower, 2 sinks) + wc, and dressing room/office. Aerothermal heating. Unfenced grounds with private heated swimming pool (11x4m; depth: 0.5 to 1.74m) for the exclusive use of gite guests, pool house with 2 barbecues, bar, garden furniture, pétanque court.
