"Super clean room, spacious bathroom, great location. Less than a mile from the train station."

"We have recently stayed at this property and we couldn’t fault it - on arrival I asked if we could have a river view room instead of the one we were allocated and this was swiftly changed - the whole building was spotlessly clean and the apartment had everything we needed. There is a supermarket next door which we used frequently and the tram stop is just across the road…..fantastic! "

"The room was very spacious and clean, the kitchenette was well equipped and convenient to make simple meals. Air conditioning worked fine and it was useful during summer in Bordeaux. The staff were all nice and helpful. There may not be many things around the hotel but it is not from a far distance from tram so still easy to get around. Overall we had a great stay, but would be happier if there can be refill of coffee/tea capsules in the room given we stayed a few nights there and there was...

"O local surpreendeu por ser tão completo e localização agradável. A mini cozinha tem tudo!. Panelas, louças, talheres, acessórios de cozinha, pano de prato, etc. Excelente fogão e geladeira. Aquecedor de toalhas de banho. Armário grande. Cama grande. Local silencioso. Janelas totalmente blackout. Árvores na frente das janelas, dando um incrível bem estar. Ar condicionado. Ao lado tem umas cantina italiana com comida maravilhosa. Mercado próximo. Tram próximo. Perfeito."

"I enjoyed a 4 night stay in mid September, 2025. Although I was travelling solo, a had a really nice suite with both a double bed and a single bed in the other room. The kitchenette was suitable for simple cooking. I was lucky to have brought a sharp knife with me, as the kitchenette didn’t have that. "Etablissement bénéficiant d'un bon emplacement proche de l'Arkea Arena de Bordeaux. Environnement proche un peu gloque mais hotel securisé et personnel trés sympathique. Petit déjeuner buffet d'excellente qualité et très copieux et chambre propre"

"The property was ideal for us as a young family. Comfortable, great location and facilities within the apartment. Once we were contacted by the concierge the communication was great but initially there were a few challenges getting hold of property and confirming cot bed & deposit. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by. Kitchen is a little sparse for a major...
