"The room was very spacious, had a great view, and kitchen was perfect!"

"I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars"

"I love staying at the Broadlind! It has a casual, comfortable feel. It’s quiet. So much is easily on hand for you. Highly recommend!"

"The town home was spacious and perfect for our party of 14. Only one parking spot in the courtyard but street parking was not an issue. Very close to Hollywood and easy drive everywhere else."

"The pool in pictures is not the pool at property. There’s a hot tub on the roof. No pool towels. Place was clean and neat. Just promised my kids a pool and there wasn’t one so it was a bust in that sense. Also the fees were outrageous, I am military and don’t make a lot of money and this place was super expensive. "

"Super location! Never in my wildest dreams would i have imagined sleeping to the sound of waves. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The owner spent a lot of time with us sharing activities in Long Beach. I grew up here but a lot has changed in 20 years! Be aware that while the owner has equipped the studio very well and tried to make it work for breakfasts, there is no full kitchen, only a microwave and a refrigerator. "We absolutely loved the stay. Everything about it was more than what we expected. The host was super accommodating and very easy to work with, and we appreciated it so much! The location is fantastic, close enough to get to places by walking, but far enough away that you have peace and quiet. And beach front… you can’t beat that! "

"The property is located in an interesting part of town but enclosed in a relatively safe neighborhood. The property manager was super helpful during the check-in process. The unit was clean and a great place to stay for a couple of days."

"I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great!
