This space very spacious and and charming, nestled in the beautiful serene city of North Orange County. Our California Bunglow has beautiful courtyard for relaxing with family and friends. The outdoor table is perfect for BBQs and drinks, while enjoying the warm summer nights.
In the fully functional kitchenette, you'll find coffee, tea, water, and snacks. Our Co Host is an expert in accommodating our guests. We will make sure we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

We had a great stay. There was plenty of room for our family. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, lovely to walk around the block. Some of the best sushi and other yummy food right around the corner. The host was kind and very accommodating! All in all great value and would recommend

Overall my husband and I had a good experience at this VRBO. We stayed for several days with our two dogs. Pros:- The host was always quick to respond whenever we had any questions.- VRBO was located in a nice neighborhood; we felt safe and it was easy to walk our dogs around. And it was quiet in the evenings and mornings. - Information for check in and check out was communicated effectively and posted in the house. - The Host even provided extra towels during our stay.- There was a good amount of space (not really a two bedroom), but more than enough for my husband and I plus our two bigger dogs. It’s bigger than a hotel room for sure, but depending on the size of your party I can see how it would be a tight fit. - Overall we felt the VRBO was clean enough for us. Comparable to a hotel room. Did it look like it had JUST been cleaned right before we came? No, but it wasn’t dirty and there was no smell in the rooms or in any of the bedding and towels.Cons: - I feel like the listing didn’t completely convey that this is on the same property as the host and they share a garden/back “yard” space. We were surprised at how close they were. If you walked out of the VRBO, and the blinds were open, you could see right into the host’s house. There was more shared space than we expected.

Upon arrival, we found the gate locked even though we were told it would be open for easy access. We waited outside for about 30 minutes until the host opened the gate, and no apology was offered. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable—the floors were sticky, the coffee pot had old tea/coffee residue, the bed sheets had not been changed and had visible black hair from previous guests (my wife is blonde), and the bathroom baseboards were dirty.

30 minute drive to Disneyland, an hour drive to Santa Monica pier, Walmart was 10 minutes away, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and this place did the trick. Description pretty accurate, bungalow behind a house and garage. Kitchen had microwave and fridge. Bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner but overall it was a good stay.

The house was cute very well decorated with lots of Disney stuff so it made us going to the park the next day very exciting clean dark wood floors so they looked clean. The beds were made with a sheet and a comforter very cozy very comfortable beds. It will sleep Seven people comfortably the bunkbeds in the living room. Have two what I believe to be full-size beds the bottom one my 18 year-old slept in there was a note that only up to one adult could sleep on the top bunk no more than 200 pounds so either two small children or one adult would be perfect up there. The kitchen has a refrigerator, good size and a microwave and a coffee pot. Folgers coffee and powdered creamer were provided which for me was fantastic. The only problem was there were no coffee filters so I did stop by the store and picked up some coffee filters. I use paper towels, the first night The other thing that disturbed me that I didn’t see until the last night there was that I dropped a pill and looked under the beds to find it, and it looked like nobody had ever cleaned under the beds. There was pet hair and dust, and God knows whales down there mayaccount for the reason I was sneezing so much same with my daughter other than that everything looks clean unfortunately there’s five of us that stayed there. We were only provided one and a half rolls of toilet paper so the night before we left we ran out. Luckily I had bought a box of Kleenex for myself and we ended up using that otherwis the space was good

Very nice safe neighborhood. Check in and out was easy. Pet friendly. Near Knott’s Berry Farm and shopping. The place was located behind the owner’s house and the garage. detached 1 bedroom, with two beds and a couch, tv and two bunk beds. Kitchen with microwave, small fridge with small freezer. Portable burner for cooking and dishes, glasses and cookware but limited. Never saw the owner’s which was nice. I wish they would have the entryway alittle more esthetic. Had to walk past washer/ dryer outside . Overall, the place got the overall job done. Thank you for a nice visit.

Overall it was fine. Definetly not a 2 bed room. It is a garage sized place in the same lot as the owner. It does the job if you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower. Cleanliness wasn't great and bunkbed was wobbly and seemed unsafe to sleep on the top.

Great space and location

This property was a perfect setup for our group. Felt safe in neighborhood, check in was easy, stocked with basic necessities. Quick drive to Disneyland and close to groceries and quick restaurants. Would stay here again.
