This place was perfect for our family vacation (ages 4-83!). The host was very easy to communicate with and answered my questions, there was plenty of room to spread out inside between the two living areas, enough towels and linens for all 9 of us, and the outside fire pit area, deck, and dock made for a perfect summer trip. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is very roomy for our group of 6 adults 2 young children. We did bring bottled water because of the well water but honestly I didn't think it tasted that bad! Kitchen was very well equipped except we would have liked a larger size pot to cook with (minor detail!). Rooms were clean and comfortable. We bought firewood and made s'mores one night, we also fished off the dock which was fun and even caught 2 fish! It was a quiet neighborhood and we would definitely return if we come back to Indian Lake again. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed our time on the water a lot.

We stayed at Lakeview from 7/5-7/10, and wish that we could have spent another week. The home was an amazing fit for 6 adults, and 5 kids, ages 9-15. Everyone had plenty of room to come together, then spread out. Beds were comfy, furniture comfy, kitchen well supplied with cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils, and supplies. The view of the lake is so pretty, and the lake itself wonderful. We spent every night on the deck, enjoying each other and our view. We rented a pontoon, and the boathouse was such a plus. We had an amazing week of enjoying each other, this home, and the lake. John, our host, is easily accessible, and quick to respond with any questions, or concerns. We highly recommend this VRBO, and we are already planning our return stay next summer!!!

The outside spaces are the best part along with the fabulous lake view. It is not private but the one neighbor we spoke with was very friendly. Plenty of outside seating on both levels and by the firepit. The boat slip is a tight fit for a pontoon boat. We needed to clean the grill before using, and the freezer needs cleaning. The well water is yellow and has an odor but sometimes you can't avoid that on these types of properties. It does cause fixtures to rust and turn yellow. Be sure to bring your own water for drinking. We had wonderful time with friends on our favorite lake close to home. The lily pads/greenery and herons and turtles are my favorites.

Repeat guests

Love it here. Twin bedframe in bottom room - ends stick out farther than mattress - possible hazard.
