" Breakfast was excellent "

"The staff was amazing especially Cree and Grace. They always greeted us with warm welcomes and smiles. There was a mix up with my room, but Cree fixed it for me. I was so elated about that. Breakfast was okay, but I didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking and the pool was closed."

We arrived late and went for dinner around 9:30 PM hoping to eat quickly and get to bed since we had to be up at 4:00 AM. Service was terrible. We had to ask 3 times just to place our food order. "Nice hotel, well-maintained. The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).
