"Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. "This hotel is better maintained than many major hotel brands. This was my first time staying at a Super 8, and I highly recommend this location. It was exceptionally clean, the staff was great, and the location was convenient. Because of this experience, I’m open to trying other Super 8 locations in the future."

"When checking in the female clerk was chewing on something, gum, candy or food) and it was difficult to understand her. Getting the shuttle was quick as I left at 5 am and the driver was sitting at the front desk ready to leave. Breakfast wasn’t served until 6 am. "

"First check in was slow. I asked about the shuttle for the next morning to be told it doesn’t run on Mondays and Tuesday won’t be starting until 11am. I had asked about a 4am shuttle. Next I was told about the breakfast starting at 6.30 am? The towels and linens were clean and fresh but the toilet was not. No hot water that evening but there was the next morning. A/C was noisy and didn’t seem to work other than to blow warm air. It was quiet on the sixth floor. First and last time for me."

"There was hair in the tub, on a folded towel, in the sink, shower walls. Room smelled like cigarettes. But they did give me one extra hour late check out. Would I stay there again. A BIG NO"

"The staff were over the top friendly and helpful. From the moment I got there, they were greeting me and offering me services. JJ and the bar was fantastic. She made sure that everybody had fun"

"Room was a touch warm on the 2nd floor, there is no AC from what I’m told, we visited in April, so luckily the outside temps were moderate at best. I would be unbearable in the summer without AC. Room was extremely clean and owners were very accomadating. Breakfast was fantastic, I’d stay again, just not in the summer"
