Great place with the perfect location

The room was great! Very clean and the property manager was very friendly and willing to accommodate an early check in. The room looks slightly bigger in the photos but it worked perfect for a long weekend get away. Would absolutely stay again!! The location was perfect. Walking distance to Lakeland staple Mister Fish, Moo Town Ice Cream, and the Peach House. Right next to the Library, a coffee shop, and the Polk Art Museum. Just a short drive to Walmart and Target. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. I will say the parking was a little confusing at first but nothing that couldn’t be solved in a few minutes!! Highly recommend.

Cozy and close

My wife and I stayed for the weekend at Studio 3. Great location - short walk to both Lake Morton and Mirror lake. Owner Edgar was super hospitable. Would definitely stay again.

Fine Facility

Enjoyed my stay! Location is a short walk from swan-filled Lake Morton, Black & Brew Coffee House, Lakeland Library, and revitalized AGB (formerly Polk County) Art Museum. Host managed to incorporate many nice details in a relatively small unit, including large screen TV, very comfortable bedding, and all appliances you might wish for. Excellent review from me.

Quick trip

Great neighborhood. Very clean room. Feel that photos give an unrealistic size of room. I am only 5’ tall 106 lbs. I like to exercise but room is so small, only room to walk in door and follow a path around bed to kitchen/bath. Mini frig hardly fit anything of size especially if staying more then 2 days.

Quiet and cute

Great for a small trip, cute and equipped with everything you need for a quick visit away from home! Close to the rp funding center which we neeeded and close to downtown to go eat and hang out at night! Great location!

Lakeland Stay

This property was very clean and the room looked exactly like the picture. The area was very quiet and served our needs. I would, however, suggest some improvements. It would have been better if the owner were more proactive with his communication. Although he does respond quickly, it would have been helpful if he had given me the heads up. It would also be helpful if there were night stands on both sides of the bed, maybe a small dresser or some shelves so that you are not forced to live out of your suitcase. I would also add some shelves in the bathroom, there was so little room for our toiletries. Adding a path to the room and cutting back the plant in front of the window would really improve the area. With all this said, I would definitely recommend this place. I can tell that some thought went into the set up of this place and appreciated the small touches that made our stay comfortable.
