Experience luxury and comfort in our beautiful rental, featuring a saltwater heated pool that lights up at night; patio with outdoor TV, seating, grill and huge backyard; three spacious bedrooms with queen/king beds, TV and lots of closet and dresser space; a dedicated office space; fully stocked kitchen; a vast living and dining room area. Your stay promises relaxation and convenience! What You’ll Enjoy Most About this Home 1. Relax your body in our Saltwater and Heated Pool that lights up at night 2. Watch your favorite shows & movies on the patio TV -- from the comfort of the cushioned chairs or pool 3. Backyard also includes grill and spacious grass area for kids to play in a fully fenced yard 4. Master bedroom features king size bed; french door leads directly out to patio/pool; and en suite bathroom with double sinks, tub, shower, and a toilet that is enclosed in its own space 5. Dedicated office space with french glass door for added privacy, desk, chair and couch 6. Spacious bedrooms – all 3 rooms equipped have large beds (king/queen), TVs and lots of closet and dresser space 7. Fully stocked kitchen - equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots and pans. We also welcome all guests with light snacks, water, coffee, tea, and oatmeal 8. We had a great stay here. The house and property are clean and well kept. Located in nice neighborhood with grocery store and dining options nearby. The pool was great with a gate to keep young children safe when not in use.

This spacious home was perfect for our family so we could attend our granddaughter’s graduation in Lakeland. Beautiful pool and lanai area, not too close to downtown traffic.

This home is in a lovely neighborhood. Upon entering the first thing noticed was how open and airy is the house. It is tastefully decorated and not so overdone that there isn't room for our stuff! The hosts, Josh and Zee are fantastic and responded to questions in a timely manner. The pool is so refreshing. It was very warm while we stayed and the pool was amazing for cooling off! I loved that all the switches are marked with what they do!We have reserved for a month next year!

Great subdivision that was easy to take a morning or evening walk. Entering the front door the home is extremely clean and stocked full with amenities. This home is very comfortable. We did not want to leave. The back deck area is full of entertainment and the pool is great! Grocery stores and shopping are only a few minutes away!

Property was amazing. Pool was great, grandkids had a great time. Area around the pool was enjoyed everyday! Homeowner was always available and very gracious. Everything we needed was there. We will rent for a longer stay time next year! Thank you Josh

The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The heated pool was great! The home is located in a great neighborhood. The owner was great to work with. We look forward to returning to this beautiful home on our next trip to Lakeland!

We loved this home, we were in town for Worlds Toughest Mudder and needed a home big enough for our family, and a few other adults traveling with us. The pool was a perfect distraction for the kids so we could rest before and after the race. The home was comfortable and clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Impressed by the care given for child safety aground pool and house was equip for infants (though that stage of life has come and gone for us). Would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

The house was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. We were traveling from South Carolina to Florida for our son‘s wedding. The location is very convenient for restaurants and also has easy access to major interstates to Tampa and Orlando.

My family and I had an outstanding stay in Lakeland. The owner's responsiveness set the tone early. We had a couple of questions before the stay and Josh answered them immediately and was very empathetic to our needs. The check-in was easy and smooth thanks to the preparation and guidance from the owner. The home was very clean and there were thoughtful items left behind for our use such as snacks, water and toiletries. We had a party of four and it was a quiet, relaxing place for us to unwind after being out during the days. The pool and adjacent seating area were just what we needed in the evenings. The home was conveniently located with a Publix grocery store, restaurants and other amenities just a 5 minute drive from the property. It's also an easy drive to both Tampa and Orlando. Josh checked on us during the week just to make sure we didn't have any issues that needed to be addressed. This was much appreciated. We will definitely look to book this wonderful home again the next time we're in the area.

Absolutely loved this property and stay! It was in a quiet neighborhood close to so many things to do! These hosts were awesome! So quick to respond with any questions. The house was clean and stocked with basics! Even coffee if you came in late and weren’t able to make it to the store yet! (Publix is about a mile away and super confident too). We will definitely be coming back next year for Tigers spring training agin! Thank you!

The house was amazing. Lots of room for 5 adults and a 6 month old. The pool area is fantastic. When I had a question the owner was a text away. He always replied in a very timely manner. It was a great stay.

Easy from booking to check-out. Great communication with host. Rental as described - it is so nice! Host thought of everything…the little extras show attention to detail. Great for vacation or if you are working in the area. Super place to unwind and very comfortable furniture and beds. Outdoor living space is amazing. Reviews are very important to me - I recommend this place without hesitation! Thanks for the great stay!

The host was absolutely wonderful. Some issues came up and he had stuff delivered to the house by Amazon and a repairman come out and fix some things that were beyond his control. Could not have had a better stay for an entire month. Josh thank you again for allowing my daughters to come in for 4 days since we were unable to spend Christmas together .

Communication with the owner before and during our stay was fantastic. He was responsive and flexible. The house is beautiful! The pool, the tub, the beds, the kitchen... This place is a gem! I personally appreciated the stool for the very tall king bed. A quiet place to work separate from the bedrooms or living room was very handy. The real dishes/pots and pans in the kitchen was really nice to have, as was the grill (even though we didn't use it). The house is as described, and more. I'm certain this will not be our only stay.
