Our cozy suite is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland and less than an hour from Disney World!
Walking distance to many stores and delicious restaurants.
Enjoy many of the local nature walks close by.
Walk under majestic oak trees through our super safe neighborhood to the recreation center just a block away. Work out, play tennis or pickle ball. Courts are free week days until 5 pm and all day Sundays. The recreation center has a full gym as well as Olympic sized pools.

All I needed the room for was to sleep and shower as I had lots of plans. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. The hostess was very receptive. The entrance is a bit intimidating especially ar night as it was in the very back of the house, but the hostess did offer to make sure the security lights stayed on. Overall, a great stay for the price.

Great location. Communication with owner was great. Gave us ideas for restaurants. She even accommodated special request during ck in. Clean room with all basic things for a weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood. Great value for your money.

Was disappointed. It said it had a kitchen but was a microwave, toaster oven and small coffee maker on a chest of drawers next to the bed. To get to the suite you had to follow a cobble stone path. This was hard with our luggage. Not enough plug ins for our phones and medical device. We used the extension cord provided but must not have been plugged in behind the bed because the phone didn’t charge. The host did send a text to tell us the code to get in and welcomed. The place was clean.

The place was clean, and nice looking. We did have problems with the lighting. Host was texted and answered but still could not get the bed side lights to work. This place could really use a better outside look. Walking to the back of this house ( where the room is located) is so run down, it feels sketchy. I do think the room is acceptable, but would never stay here as a single woman.

This VRBO was just what we were looking for during our stay. We made arrangements before arriving to have an early check in for an extra cost. When we arrived the VRBO was not cleaned yet. I text the owner, she corrected the situation and refunded our money. It’s definitely not a fancy place but for the price we thought it was just fine. It’s very secluded and quiet. We would stay here again.

A gem with comfy bed

3 night stay and a beautiful studio. Nicely equipped and plenty of space for a couple. A surprise were the snacks, paper products and chilled beverages in fridge upon arrival. Super clean. Only drawback i could see if someone had mobility issues. The entrance is located at the back of the residence and walkway is mostly stone pavers. A little wonky with those using a wheeled suitcase.

Inaccurate description of property

This property inside was cute and nicely decorated but wasn’t deep cleaned and was difficult to get to. There needs to be outside pictures so when choosing a property, you can know you are walking to the back of a house, entering into a porch with a lot of random workout equipment, to enter into a one bedroom/bathroom on the back of someone’s home. Host was friendly and responsive however and neighborhood was fine. Just wasn’t what I expected.

Perfect location for Sun 'n Fun attendees

This is the second time we have stayed at this location while attending Sun 'n Fun. Unfortunately, this time there was an issue: When arriving for an 8-day stay, it was clear the unit had not been cleaned and the bed not changed/made. I spoke to someone on site, and someone went in to clean a bit and put new towels. I could not tell if the sheets were clean, so I purchased more sheets. Disappointing - but easily remedied.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Owners were very flexible with a late check in. They have pretty much everything you need in the room and know how to welcome guests. This will definitely be a return rental if we’re back in Lakeland.

Great location

My stay was very enjoyable. For me the location was the best thing. Nice and quite neighborhood. Close to many places to eat or shop. Lakeland has many great parks to visit and relax.
