Have breakfast on your private deck overlooking breathtaking mountain views, while listening to the cascading falls. Or lay in your king size bed with a cup of coffee, sliding glass doors open, listening to the glorious sounds of nature surrounding you. It just doesn't get better than this. You will truly be amazed at this Western Carolina gem from the moment you arrive. Sitting directly above Toxaway Falls, this top floor condominium has updates throughout and is a perfect cozy space for your next mountain retreat. Enjoy a crackling fire in the living room or bedroom, as both have wood-burning fireplaces, and both lead onto the private deck through large glass-sliding doors to a magnificent mountain and waterfall view. The bedroom features a pillow-top, king-size bed and 50" smart TV with sound bar. In the spacious living room, you will find a leather queen sleeper sofa with a new and improved sofa bed mattress, 55" TV and sound bar with sub woofer for that theater experience. You can bring your laptop and hook up to our complimentary internet. The dining area seats 4. There is a wine bar, so stock up for your stay! There are two full bathrooms and full capacity washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a complimentary beverage center, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range, microwave and several small appliances, so you can enjoy cooking meals during your stay. You can take a short walk up the private drive and grab a bite at the neighborhood restaurant, Los Vaqueros Mexican Restaurant You can make arrangements for on site massages! All linens and towels are included. Just bring your toothbrush!

Toxaway Falls is located just off main Highway 64 and is sitting right in the middle of pristine beauty and panoramic views, including hundreds of natural waterfalls, Pisgah Forest, Gorges State Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Cashiers, Brevard, Sapphire Valley and Highlands are a short drive away, and Asheville is 45 minutes away.

If you enjoy the outdoors, there are numerous trails to hike or bike, or you can go fishing, rafting, canoeing, golfing and skiing in the winter. The area boasts a diversity of wonderful restaurants, including one just a short walk up the hill. Brevard Music Center offers day and evening concerts all summer, some of which are free. The world famous Biltmore Estates, which is the largest home in America, is in Asheville, and offers tours of the home, gardens and winery. Spend the day in Asheville exploring cozy coffee shops, quaint antique stores, art studios, fabulous restaurants and shopping galore. The drive to Highlands is breathtaking, and once you're there, you'll find loads of hiking trails, restaurants to please every palate, a huge variety of shops for every taste, and beautifully tree-lined streets if you just want to enjoy the scenery.

Great location!! Peaceful with the sound of the waterfall right outside your back door. Clean and cozy! Close proximity to several places to shop and eat. The wood burning fireplaces were an added benefit. Look forward to returning again.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were very happy. The space was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The Christmas decorations were an added delight. Of course, the view of the falls was fantastic, and it was very relaxing hearing the falling water during the night. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to do our cooking all week, with a good supply of dishes and cooking utensils. There is both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig with coffee for each. The only thing we might have used which is not furnished is a broom for sweeping up crumbs. This proved to be one of the best places we have stayed.

We had an amazing trip full of outdoor hiking and discovering waterfalls. The condo was exactly as described and close to Gorges State Park. The view from the balcony was also wonderful. Considering our trip was short, we would love to visit again to explore Panthertown (and eat at the Italian restaurant down the road again). Overall, the condo was super clean, quiet, and met all of our needs.

The host was very quick to answer a couple of questions,and the condo exceeded our expectations. The view of the waterfall was fantastic ! The kitchen was fully equipped with every thing we needed, and we cooked all our meals during our 2 day stay. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and watching the sunrise from the deck was amazing. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, cosy and welcoming stay. We plan to return next year

The email from the owner and other reviews were helpful in locating the driveway for the condo. I am always a little hesitant on what to expect for a driveway when staying in cabins on a mountain. The location was convenient and easy to get to. The view was really great, especially in the morning! The property was clean and the welcome basket of snacks was very much appreciated considering cabins in the mountain are not usually close to convenience or grocery stores. A great stay and we will definitely stay here again if ever visiting in Lake Toxaway again!

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this condo. As advertised, it is RIGHT ON TOP of an awesome waterfall, with a beautiful mountain view. The condo had every amenity we wanted, and we felt right at home from the moment we stepped inside. There are a few easy steps to consider if you have mobility issues; we are in our mid- and late 70's and we handled them with ease. We love the location of this condo and will be back! The condo itself was okay. However, there was no Kleenex and we had to ration toilet paper, dish soap and paper towel. They stated in their welcome booklet that you get the same amount of paper products whether you are there for a night or longer. You have to really search for the pool; it is about a half a mile away at least. The traffic on route 64 was very loud, especially at night. The view from the condo was beautiful and nearby hiking at panthertown was wonderful.

This condo was very accurate in the description and photos. The views of the Falls were beautiful. The area of Toxaway Falls was very nice. Communication with the owner Jason was very easy and swift, with anything that we needed. We would most certainly return again.

What a perfect setting for our stay! Having a waterfall in the backyard was an added bonus.My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the falls. An absolute great get away

Tranquil, Clean, Upscale, Pretty much a private huge waterfall, great nearby food. At one point I captured a hawk and the waterfall in one clip. A local private trail can get you close to the waterfall.

Relaxing mountain getaway weekend!

We stayed at this beautiful property for our anniversary weekend & loved it! Everything was neat & so cozy....we loved the porch view of the waterfall the most! The owner was very responsive & even let us check in a little early to help us. It was close to Cashiers & Highlands for day trips...and so many waterfalls in the area. Great location! We would definitely love to come back here! .

Amazing location

I have stayed at several places in Brevard and Lake Toxaway but this place is my favorite. The view of the falls from the deck is amazing! The rental was very clean and had everything you need. 2 full bathrooms is a plus and the bedroom is a great size. The deck is accessible from the bedroom also. Will definitely return.
