"The cost was reasonable. The room was clean. The staff were responsive. The downside there was no elevator to get to the second floor rooms and their free breakfast was very limited."

"Great stay! From the super nice lady at check in, to the room, to the personal welcome message on the TV screen. Only issue was a dripping shower faucet. I told the desk about it and she said she would tell maintenance. Room was clean with great amenities."

"The room was very clean and nicely decorated, but it would have been nice to have a box of tissues and a hair dryer. Management could have been better. The owner never responded to questions about how to check in after hours. We spent five nights and nobody ever came to remove trash or replace towels. We had gone to the beach the first day we were there, got sand on the floor and the sand was there until we left because nobody ever came to do any cleaning."

"My boyfriend had got bitten by bed bugs. When brought to the staffs attention they moved our room and said they’d be in contact the next day with what they found. When nobody reached out about it we called the phone number online which then they told us that the hotel switched our room so they were no longer going to refund us. "Like the location to 104 Grill and the square. Hwy noise was noticeable. Breakfast was excellent!"

"The place is super dirty. The cigarette smell was awful. You can even smell pee and cigarettes in the elevator. The whole property needs to be renovated big time. That was the first and last time I’m booking there."

Our rooms were also cleaned every day,and were very spacious and well equiped for those that chose to cook their own food. A large bed,air conditioning & a clean modern bathroom were also very much appreciated,and it's only a 5 minute walk to the "T" subway. Ive had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all friends and family who may choose to holiday in Boston."
